Rites held for June Frazier Breeding



June Frazier Breeding, 86, died August 10 at Letcher Manor Nursing Home in Whitesburg.

Born at Hot Spot to the late James Benton and Louisa Calahan Frazier, she was the widow of Bradley Breeding.

She was a former owner of Breeding Trucking and Coal, and was a member of the VFW Ladies’ Auxiliary and the Blair Branch Old Regular Baptist Church, and had served on the Isom Days Festival Committee.

Mrs. Breeding was a current board member of Mountain Comprehensive Health Corporation, and had served as an election officer.

Surviving are her son, James Bradley Breeding and wife Jamie of Lexington; her companion, Hubert Hall and his family, Dr. Janet Jones, Dr. Hubert Hall Jr. and Dr. Debbie Stanley, all of Lexington, and Joan Hall Ward and Judge Jim Ward of Whitesburg; six grandchildren; and a greatgrandchild.

Funeral services were held August 13 at Little Colley Baptist Church. Burial was in Herb Maggard Cemetery at Isom.
