Funeral services for Pearl Elizabeth Noble, 82, of Craft’s Colly, were held November 19 at the Edwin Holbrook Memorial Church at Craft’s Colly. Burial was in the R.B. Caudill Cemetery at Whitco.
A daughter of the late Henry and Dora Caudill Pennington, she was born in Letcher County. She died November 16 at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Noble was the mother-in-law of the late Rickey Pease, and a grandmother of the late Joseph William Pease. She was also preceded in death by five brothers, Merrill, Joseph Murphy, James Earl and Hugh Watson, and two sisters, Margie and Mazie Adams.
She was a member of the Edwin Holbrook Memorial Church for 39 years.
Surviving are her husband, Charles W. Noble; two daughters, Teresa Pease of Craft’s Colly and Jennifer Holbrook and husband David of Lake Ozark, Mo.; a son, Charles “Chuck” Noble and wife Amy of Bowling Green; two brothers, Palmer Pennington of Kentucky and Billy Pennington of Mississippi; two sisters, Dorthy Tacket and Linda Hall, both of Whitesburg; four grandchildren, Joshua, Rayna, Aaron and Eli; and two great-grandchildren, Shaylee and Landon Pease.
Letcher Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
