Paul Lynn Hatton, 66, died October 18 at his home in Whitesburg.
Born in Seco to the late Henry M. and Ima Jean Hall Hatton, he was a brother of the late Danny Hatton.
Mr. Hatton was a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Viet Nam War. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #5829 and the American Legion Douglas Day Post 152 in Whitesburg.
Surviving are his wife, Ida Hatton; six daughters, Danielle Madden of Premium, Nettie Ison of North Vernon, Ind., Patsy Fleetwood of Indiana, Brenda Couch of Pikeville, Denise Bridges of South Carolina, and Debbie Niece of Isom; six sons, Wayne Caudill and wife Gina, and Tim Ison, all of UZ, Danny Ison of South Carolina, Doug Ison of Kansas, and Roger Ison and Charles Ison, both of Dry Fork; and a number of grandchildren and greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services for Mr. Hatton were held October 22 in Whitesburg. Burial was in the Sandlick Cemetery.
