Randall Preston Mullins, 74, of Crafts Colly, died September 16 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard.
Born in Jenkins, he was a son of the late Crate and Mildred Lois Shupe Mullins. He was preceded in death by a brother, William Mullins.
Mr. Mullins was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War, and was a member of the American Legion in Neon. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and the news and spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife, Thelma Amburgey Mullins; two daughters, Melissa Taylor and husband Scott of Allen Branch, and Angela Mullins Boggs; five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held September 18 at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church. Burial was in the Douglas Day Cemetery in Whitesburg.
Everidge Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
