SALLY W. KINCER
Sally W. Kincer, 77, died December 7 at her home at Payne Gap.
She was a daughter of the late Boyd and Ellen Holbrook Church.
Surviving are her husband, Hughie Kincer; two sons, Dwayne Kincer and wife Robin of Jenkins and Darren Kincer and wife Patricia of Payne Gap; a brother, Jerry Church of Corbin; a sister, Eula Guy of Corbin; three grandchildren, Bobbi Eldridge and husband Brian, Sam Kiser and wife Sara, and Kela Stevens and husband Colley; and six great-grandchildren, Dylan Eldridge, Jackson Eldridge, Judah Kiser, Canaan Kiser, Zane Kiser and Riley Kay Kiser.
Private services were held due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Letcher Funeral Home of Whitesburg had charge of arrangements.
