SCHOLARSHIP




 

 

Jordan Ilic (left), a 2007 graduate of Letcher County Central High School, is presented with a scholarship check by Jack Burkich, president of the Letcher County Teachers’ Credit Union. The scholarship, given for the first time this year, is open to children of credit union members. Ilic was graduated with a 3.7 grade point average, received the Commonwealth Diploma, and was in the top 10 percent to his class. He also received the CEDAR Scholarship and a four-year Presidential Scholarship to Pikeville College, and plans a career in pharmacy. He is the son of Stephanie and Bart Frazier of Whitesburg.
