Hello from Kingscreek.
In spite of the cold we had had fun this week.
Tuesday, we quilted and learned a new game called ‘Sequence.’
Our attendance has been way down due to illness with some of our members. Maybe a change in the weather will help that.
Thursday, we went to Hazard, shopping. Those going were Sue Williams, Fay Herron, Judy Eldridge and myself, and Barbara Eldridge drove us. We had lunch at Taco Bell, and, boy, was it good.
The sales people at J.C. Penney’s were a barrel of fun. They give us a hard time every time we go. All in good-natured fun. We go mostly just to visit them.
Thursday evening, I went to a birthday party for my three-year-old niece. She didn’t want toys, just clothes. Her favorite gift was Barbie makeup. She loves that. All of her clothes were beautiful.
Happy third birthday, Bailey, can’t wait to see how much you grow up this next year.
I’m glad Pam Walker at the paper leaves out all of my boo-boos. The cat and dog aren’t much help with writing.
That’s all for this week. Have a great time and visit a neighbor; you may both be surprised.
