Services are held for Aggie Hatton

Funeral services for Aggie Lou Hatton, 75, of Whitco, were held October 6 at the Whitco Pentecostal Church. Burial was in Whitco Cemetery.

She died October 3 at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital.

Born in Letcher County to the late Dennis and Edna Brock Niece, she was a grandmother of the late Jessica Coots, and a sister of the late Edward ‘Bud’ Niece, Mae Hatton and Maxine Dollarhide.

Surviving are her husband, Charlie Hatton; three sons, Roger Hatton and wife Ida, and Denny Ray Hatton, all of Whitco, and Charles Hatton and wife Effie of Letcher; four daughters, Delana Caudill, Whitco, Carolyn Coots and husband Calvin, Viper, and Sabrina Hatton and Brooks Hatton, both of Whitesburg; four brothers, Carfa Niece, Whitco, Chester Niece and Jimmy Niece, both of Whitesburg, and Ralph Niece, Eolia; four sisters, Henrietta Absher and Joyce Standifer, both of Whitco, Janice McKnight of Whitesburg and Juanita Adams of Indianapolis, Ind.; 12 grandchildren and 17 greatgrandchildren.

Everidge Funeral Home of Whitesburg had charge of arrangements.
