Ernest Cleo Tucker, 75, died July 22 at his home at Burdine.
Born at Elkhorn Creek to the late Grady and Pearl Stanley Tucker, he was the widower of Peggy Adkins Tucker, the father of the late Tammy Tucker, and a brother of the late Alfred Tucker.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran, and had worked as a maintenance supervisor in Chicago and as a truck driver. He attended the New Freedom Worship Center in Jenkins.
Surviving are a daughter, Vickie Lucas of Lexington; a son, Glenn Tucker and companion Alice, of Burdine; two grandchildren, Hollyanne Lucas and Hannah Grace Lucas; C.J. Machniak; four sisters, Mary Gordon of Indianapolis, Ind., Carol Brown of Ocala, Fla., Wanda Grigsby of Burdine, and Darlene Burton, Edinburgh, Ind.; and a brother, Lee Tucker of Rogersville, Tenn.
Funeral services were held July 26, at the New Freedom Worship Center. Burial was in Rob Ratliff Cemetery.
