Services are held for John Caudill



John Tate Caudill, 30, of Low Gap Branch, died August 30, in Jenkins from injuries received in an accident.

Born in Perry County, he was a son of Bobby Ray and Linda Kay Caudill of Cornettsville, a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Hallie, and a member of the gospel group, The Master’s Harmony.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Mary Elizabeth Profitt Caudill; two brothers, Robert Keith Caudill and wife Marsha of Lexington, and Matthew Ray Caudill of Cornettsville; two sisters, Sarah Caudill and Leah Caudill, both of Cornettsville; two nephews, Kaleb Caudill and Kody Caudill of Lexington; grandparents, Tate and Opha Meade of Ewing; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Dicie Ellen and Oscar Profitt of Low Gap Branch; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Junior and Teresa Profitt of Low Gap Branch; and a sisterin law, Wynne Taylor of Cincinnati, Oh.

Funeral services were held September 3 at the Millstone Missionary Baptist Church. Burial was in Turner Cemetery at Cornettsville.

Everidge Funeral Home of Whitesburg had charge of arrangements.
