Troy Edward ‘Ed’ Adams, 84, died May 26, at his home at Milan, Ind.
A son of the late William Randolf and Phoebe Jane Profitt Adams, he was a grandfather of the late Stephen R. Richie.
He was a deacon of the Milan First Baptist Church and a member of the Milan F&AM Masonic Lodge #31, the Carpenters Union #1142, the NRA, Sons of the American Legion, Tri-State Tail Riders, and Captain of the Irish Bowl 250 Club.
He was retired from Schenley Distillers, was a retired carpenter, and sang and played banjo with the Nashville Rejects.
Surviving are his wife, Lois Adams; two daughters, Sandra Jane Cook Sieber of Milan, and Judalane ‘Judie’ Jones of Bright, Ind.; three grandchildren, Jason Edward Richie, Robert Troy Cook and Adams Andrew Cook; and seven great-grandchildren, Shelly, Chase, and Jonathan ‘J.T.’ Cook, and Tyler, Jackson, Georgia and Emma Jo Richie.
Funeral ser vices were held June 1 at Milan First Baptist Church.
Burial was in Craven Cemetery.
