Services are set for William Hall




Whitesburg native William W. ‘Bill’ Hall, 75, died June 15 in St. Augustine, Fla.

A veteran of the Korean War, he served in the U.S. Army, and was retired from Miller Enterprises. He later retired as personnel director for the St. Johns County Tax Collectors Office.

He was married to the late Donna Hall, and after her death married Dare Hall, who survives him

He was a brother of the late Ike Hall, and was a member of Turning Point at Calvary, where he served as an usher and trustee.

Surviving in addition to his wife are two sons, Tim Hall and wife Tony and Randy Hall and wife Tammy, all of Green Cove Springs, Fla.; his mother-inlaw, Mildred Blanchette, St. Augustine, Fla.; three brothers, Ralph Hall of Whitesburg, Jack Hall of Jacksonville, Fla., and Bob Hall and wife Rose of Valdosta, Ga.; four grandchildren, Cortney, Adam, Landon and Grant Hall; and five adopted grandchildren, Cassie Conrad, Berkeley, Michaela, Daniel and Joshua Peterson.

Graveside services will be held tomorrow (Thursday) at St. Augustine Memorial Park in St. Augustine, Fla.
