Services held for Darrin Bentley

Funeral services for Darrin Edward “Noodles” Bentley, 55, were held December 13 at Everidge Funeral Home. Burial was in the Bentley Cemetery at Payne Gap.

A son of the Lee and Bernice Hall Farmer of Ogden, Kansas, he was born in Jenkins. He died December 8 at his residence in Premium.

Mr. Bentley was a U.S. Army veteran and enjoyed riding his Harley and spending time with his family.

Surviving in addition to his parents are a daughter, Tiffany Danielle Bentley and Michael of Perry County; four brothers, Charles Chapman of Texas, John Bentley and Christina of Pikeville, Michael Bentley and Christine of Kentucky, and Thomas Bentley and Audrey; two sisters, Gemma Bentley and Jody of Premium, and Lydia Hall and Adam; two grandchildren, Brantley Slone and Aubree Cornett; four nieces, Shyanne McNamara, Kaylynn Chapman, Hailey Gross and Kellie Childers; two nephews, Scott Combs and Latrissa, and Tyler McNamara; three great-nephews, Zakery Combs, Chance Combs and Tanner Sanders; and close friends, Mutt Taylor and Ken Short.
