Dorothy Hall Kiser, 70, died May 30 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center.
Born in Jackhorn to the late Robert Estill Hall and Hazel Miller Hall, she was the widow of Teddy Wayne Kiser Sr. Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Robert Russell “Rusty” Kiser.
Mrs. Kiser worked as a licensed practical nurse at Heritage Hall, Bradford Square, and Letcher Manor. She was a member of the Bridge of Hope Community Church in Lawrenceburg, loved her work as a nurse, and enjoyed singing and reading.
She is survived by her children, Kristin Michele Kiser and Teddy Wayne Kiser Jr. and his wife Dana, all of Lawrenceburg; a daughter-in-law, Janie Kiser of Somerset; four grandchildren, Robbie Kohler, Emily Corn, Cameron and Kenyon Jones; and two great grandchildren, Paislee and Owen Kohler.
Funeral services for Mrs. Kiser were held June 2 at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home in Lawrenceburg. Burial was in the Hebron Cemetery in Anderson County.
