Funeral services for Mary Lou Hogg, 69, were held June 16 at Everidge Funeral Home. Burial was in the Hogg family cemetery at Pert Creek.
A daughter of Eula Mae Hogg and the late Monroe Hogg, she was a sister of the late Patricia O’Bryan and Timothy Hogg, and a sister-in-law of the late Ruth Ann Hogg.
She retired in 2010 after working for 36 years with Letcher County Attorney Harold D. Bolling, and had worked with Attorney Emmitt Fields earlier in her career. She was a member of TOPS.
Surviving in addition to her mother are two nephews, Billy Hogg and Timothy Hogg and wife Kimberly; two nieces, Priscilla Hogg and Etta Baker; and a greatniece, Alissa Briann Hogg.
