Services held for Nancy LaRoche




Funeral services for Nancy LaRoche, 80, were held December 17 in Sunbury, Ohio. Burial was in Northlawn Memory Gardens in Westerville, Ohio.

She died December 13 at St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville, Ohio.

Born at Jeremiah to the late Howard and Iris Dixon Sparkman, she was the widow of Robert LaRoche. She was a sister of the late Greene Sparkman, Johnny Sparkman, Leona Walters and Madge Lyles.

She was retired from Western Electric, where she had worked as an assembler. She was a charter member of the Pioneers and enjoyed crafts of all types, especially ceramics and sewing.

Surviving are a son, Robert LaRoche Jr. and wife Katrina of Westerville, Ohio; two daughters, Valerie VanHoose and husband Gary of Gahanna, Ohio, and Michelle Reinhard and husband Frank of Delaware; six grandchildren, Adrian Sentiger, Robert LaRoche III, Isaak, Nickolas VanHoose, Rachel, Lauren Reinhard; and three sisters, Gladys Rubadue of Salem, Ind., Polly Baird and husband Roger of Ft. Pierce, Fla., and Kathy Morris of Salem, Ind.
