Paul Dean Anderson, 71, of Canton, Ohio, passed away peacefully early Sunday morning, October 21, 2007, at Aultman Hospital. He was born March 10, 1936 in Cromona, Kentucky to the late Martin and Margie Anderson. Paul was a Veteran of the United States Air Force; attended Arlington Ave. Church of God; and retired from the Timken Company in 1990 after 25 years of service. He was preceded in death by his son, Paul Anderson Jr.; grandsons, Kenny Anderson and Tony Wynn Jr.; granddaughters, Wendi, Saturday and Tiffany; sisters, Emma Jean Bullion and Peggy Madden; brothers, Leroy Anderson, and Bobby Lou Anderson. Paul is survived by his beloved wife, Symolene “Shot” (Gibson), whom he married December 7, 1963; children, Sandra Anderson of S.C., Beverly Menendez of N.C., Paulette Saavedra of S.C., Bobby (Pam) Gibson of Canton, Ohio, Jimmy Anderson of FL; grandchildren, Justin, Kristan, Halli, Michael, Robbie, Katie, Angelina, Stephanie, Pricella, Searra, John, Lee and Tony Wynn III; 12 greatgrandchildren; brothers, Kenneth of Arizona, Sonny (Ethel) of Indiana, and Eugene (Mary Ann) of Kentucky; sisters, Nadine (Harry) Nibert of W.V., Betty Sue (Troy) Gross of Kentucky, Edna (Red) Austin of Kentucky and Lena (Jim) Cobb of W.Va. Paul will be greatly missed by a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends far and near. Funeral services were Thursday, October 25, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel with Pastor Web Parson and Pastor Steve Manco officiating. Internment was in Sunset Hills Memory Gardens with Military Honors conducted by the United States Air Force.
