Funeral services for Shelia Hopkins, 48, were held April 23 in Pound, Va.
A daughter of the late Coy Lee and Goldie Mae Rose Hopkins, she died April 21 at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tenn.
She was also preceded in death by an infant son, Charles Frazier Jr., and a sister, Kathy Lee Hopkins.
She was an licensed practical nurse for 36 years, 27 of them spent at Heritage Hall in Wise, Va.
Sur viving are two daughters, Tosha Hopkins and fiancé Thomas Payton Boggs, and Erica Mitchel, all of Pound, Va.; two grandchildren, Bentley Lee Hopkins and Cooper Payton Boggs; her fiancé, Hugh McGlasson of Pound, Va.; a stepdaughter, Cheyenne McGlasson; three sisters, Tammy Moore and husband Dennis Ray, of Jenkins; Angie Kennedy of Norton, Va., and Bridget Jean Swindall and husband Larry of Bowling Green; a brother, William Coy Hopkins and wife Christine, of Wise, Va.; friends, Stephanie Carter, Lisa Bolling and Angie Cook; the staff and residents of Heritage Hall; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
