Wanda Faye Sexton, 60, died March 2 at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Born in Neon to the late Marcus and Emma Hall Collier, she was the widow of Robert Sexton Jr., and a sister of the late Albert Vance Jr. and Lucian Hall.
She had worked as a parking attendant for the City of Whitesburg and Whitaker Bank, and had worked at the Harry M. Caudill Library.
Surviving are two sons, Mark A. Sexton and wife Katie, and Robert Shane Sexton and wife Michelle, all of Whitesburg; two brothers, Bert Hurt of Camp Branch and Roy Hall of Neon; two sisters, Eula Mae Gibbs of New Market, Tenn., and Teresa Green of Fletcher, N.C.; and four grandchildren, Amber Sexton, Emily Sexton, Joseph Sexton and Aaron Andrew Sexton.
Funeral services were held March 6 at the Faith Community Church in Whitesburg. Burial was in Riley Bentley Cemetery at Deane.
Everidge Funeral Home of Whitesburg had charge of arrangements.
