Glen Stamper, 81, died June 11 at his home in Cumberland, Virginia.
Born and reared in Kentucky, he was the son of the late Fred Stamper and Hazel Rizner.
Surviving are two daughters, Mitzie Stamper and Sheila Stamper, a son, Dan Hicks; grandchildren, Amanda and Cody, and Tristan “Bubby” Marshall, whom he loved and cared for like his own.
Graveside services will take place at 2 p.m., Friday, June 21, at the Pearl Dixon Cemetery at Blackey.
Letcher Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
