Six students from Letcher County have been named to the President’s Honor List for the spring semester at Hazard Community and Technical College. To be named to the list, a student must earn a perfect 4.0 grade point. The students are Ernest A. Brown and Tiffani Dawn Caudill, both of Blackey; Ryan Skyler Johnson of Neon; Bobby Joseph Kincer and Seldon Kincer, both of Mayking, and Trevor Austin Napier of Whitesburg.
