Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKCTC) knows what a difference a year can make, especially when it comes to graduation numbers. Since spring 2017, the total number of credentials awarded — including degrees, diplomas, and certificates — have nearly doubled.

“It’s an incredible increase,” says SKCTC President Dr. Vic Adams, who attributes this growth to modifications in advising and scheduling. “Faculty and staff advisors are doing an outstanding job communicating with our students about all avenues of success.” While he is pleased with this increase, “we are not going to rest on our laurels,” he says, “because I know that we can continue to make progress.”

Southeast offers more than 200 different certificates, diplomas, and degrees. To register for summer or fall classes, visit any of the five SKCTC campuses. For more information, go online at southeast. kctcs.edu/educa…/ program-finder/index.aspx.
