Kentucky Laureate RHO Sorority met at the beautiful home of Mahala Frazier May 14 on Sandlick for a spring brunch. The home was decorated with beautiful spring flowers and was so pretty.
Co-hostesses were Jo Champion, Liz Lee, Shannon Mullins and Irene Smith. They served delicious breakfast casseroles, fruit, homemade biscuits and jellies.
Enjoying the brunch were Vernell Mullins, Sally Caudill, Penny Combs, Ellen Compton, Ann Hall, Patty Nantz, Earlene Williams, Ann Reynolds, Jolin- da Wright and guest Rachel Wright of Lexington. She was a member of our chapter, and a great sorority sister.
Mahala Frazier was in charge of the program, and she talked about tracing the history of her family ancestors back eight generations from the Caudills, Fairchilds, Lewises and Reynoldses who settled on Sandlick. Some still live there.
Jolinda Wright recognized the officers who served this year and presented each a gift of appreciation.
Jolinda has make a fantastic president. Thanks, Jolinda, for a great year.
