Funeral services for Ernestine Spangler, 75, were held November 20 in Whitesburg. Burial was in Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine.
Born in Colson, she was a daughter of the late Ben and Versa Everidge Craft and the widow of Jimmy Darrell Spangler. She died November 16 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard.
Surviving are two daughters, Renee Stump and husband Tim of Georgetown, and Jaranda Brunty and husband Chuck of Pikeville; two brothers, Buell Craft and wife Betty of Colson, and Randall Craft of Knoxville, Tenn.; a sister, Zelma June Sexton of Colson; three grandchildren, Amanda Adams and husband Kenny, Jordan Blair Gaddie and husband Calvin; and McKinley Brunty; two greatgrandchildren, Shelbi and Savannah Adams; two stepgrandchildren, Laura Woosley and Joshua Stump; and a step-great-grandchild, Sebastian Woosley.
