It’s a beautiful day. The sun is shining. And I am very happy. I am giving God all the glory and the praise for my life and my health. He has really been good to me.

.

I want to give a congratulations to a certain couple on their new arrival, Autumn Paige. She was born July 5, weighing six pounds, seven ounces.

.

I have never seen such a performance that non-lawyer put on. How he twisted and nodded those witnesses into saying exactly what he wanted to hear. How he put them in their own trap was amazing. He even called the witnesses who were against him. It was absolutely astonishing.

.

I just wanted to say how funny it is that Jenkins fired one of the best police chiefs they have probably had since Bill Tackett and hired somebody else for better authority, control with the crowds and the copper thieves. And then the rest home got ripped off completely and everything in it was stolen blind. Good job, Mayor Kincer. Thank you.

.

Some people ought to watch what they post on the computer — drawing food stamps, getting free insurance cards and operating your own photography company. Just better be careful. I know people are starting to talk.

.

To a certain man: I wish your employer and beautiful wife knew what you did at work with other women, especially the ones you meet regularly at another location.

.

Hey, Dad. Remember me? I’m your daughter who lives in Hazard, just maybe 30 minutes away from you. I haven’t seen you in three years. Do you remember when you crawled in bed with me in 1978? I know you do. When you go to church this Sunday say an extra prayer. Watch for the signs. You’ll be seeing them.

.

You say you are telling a certain woman her husband is cheating again. Here’s a quarter. Call someone who cares.

.

To my baby: I will always miss you. I thought it was always so much fun when we were out four wheeling and picking blackberries and you saw the black bear coming after us. I thought we had so much fun that day. I will always miss you and think about you. Byebye, baby.

.

People should not go to court half drunk and on drugs. They not only make fools of themselves, but they also disrespect the court, as was so recently vividly demonstrated. That attorney made them the laughingstock of the entire county. Live with it.

.

Who was that masked man?

.

If you don’t want everyone to know about your personal life, you better stay off Facebook.

.

To a certain person: I just wanted you to know how much I care about you. You are a very nice person and I enjoy being with you. Stay the same, don’t change and you’ll always be loved.

.

To a certain man: Hey, baby. How about you and I going out on the town? I had a real sexy dream about you last night. I’d love to go out with you. You are a handsome, good-looking guy. Please give me a call.

.

To a certain man: I missed you so much while you were gone and I am so glad you are back. I can’t wait to take another ride with you on your motorcycle. I can’t wait to be with you more than just a few days a week. I can’t wait to be with you again.

.

Privacy fences are really nice, but they don’t hide everything when you are walking by noticing the things you hear beyond a fence with a certain man. Sometimes things happen to children that adults make it seem fun, but this guy will get caught up in his fun eventually.

.

To the so-called mother who was in the courtroom on July 10. You didn’t even show any signs of losing your rights to your children. You are so pathetic. Grow up, little girl, and be a mother to your children instead of giggling and laughing all the time.

.

I’m calling in regards to the Mayking Fire Department. I just recently heard they were trying to vote on a new board member. Some community people tried to go to what should have been an open board meeting because the fire department should be public and not private. I think it is time to get new leadership in the Mayking Fire Department. I find it very disturbing that a couple of weeks ago a house in the Mayking area had smoke in the basement and the only people who showed up from Mayking were two people who actually belong to Mayking and Neon fire departments both. They live in Cram Creek and were the only people who showed up from Mayking. Two people from Whitesburg Fire Department came up there. The Sandlick Fire Department had a truck on the way with three people. One person was already on scene. Neon Fire Department had a truck on the way to that house also. I think it is time for a change. The people of Mayking need to get together and make some changes. Something needs to be done with this fire department before someone’s house in Mayking catches fire or before a child needs EMS attention and there is no one to answer the call.

.

My mother attends one of the senior citizens programs and she can’t go because the workers are always outside smoking. She can’t go because she is COPD and the smoke bothers her. She misses it and is now going to a center 20 minutes away from the house. I’ve called County Judge/Executive Jim Ward several times, but he will not do anything about it. From my understanding, all Letcher County public buildings are supposed to be smoke-free. I think it is stupid that the senior citizen workers are allowed to smoke while they have seniors in the building with them. I find that highly outrageous and upsetting that my mother has to try to hang out with her friends and eat dinner while breathing in smoke when she is supposed to be on oxygen and not around smoke at all. I find it highly disturbing that the judge won’t do anything about it. Come election time, Jim Ward needs to hit the road and take his natural gas money with him.

.

To a woman who works at a certain post office: If you want to keep your job, you better quit marking my packages up by taking an ink pen and sticking them and punching them through the front of it and marking the covers of my CDs and DVDs. I know who you are and I will turn you in.

.

I’m a Democrat. If the Democrats vote for Obama again, they are crazy. He is just going to get us further in debt and we need to vote for somebody who will work to get us out of debt. I believe Mitt Romney will do that.

.

A man at Whitco who thinks he is the mayor needs to clean up his property before he sticks his nose into other people’s business. You can’t stop the power company from putting a pole on a man’s property. You will be taken to court about this. Also, you can’t stop people from putting up a playground for the kids. The people of Whitco will walk all over you.

.

Preachers with Cadillacs parked in their carports will no longer receive an offering from me.

.

I am wondering how this woman got out of jail for manslaughter after six months when a good friend of mine got 25 years for the same charge. I am just curious about this. What is going on?

.

I was just wondering how come nobody comes into the Letcher County Courthouse and checks to see what is going on. You can go into another county and buy a thing of whiskey to sell and you are a bad criminal. However, if you’re a copper thief, you get 15 minutes in jail and you are out. They never look into child abuse. Please people, speak up in Speak Your Piece.

.

I was calling in response to someone calling in about someone missing someone after seven years. Could you maybe say something that would let me know if it was me that you are talking about? I hope it is.

.

Some people in law enforcement, social services and positions of authority have forgotten that in another country in the 1940s, more than six million people were put to death because it was the law. Laws are not always correct and they should not be enforced sometimes even though it is always the law.

.

I love my ex-wife. Yes, I’m talking about you, baby. I love you now.

.

Our Second Amendment constitutional rights are about to be stomped all over if Secretary of State Hillary Clinton signs the small arms treaty agreement. People who don’t understand this better get on the ball and find out what is going on in this world. To President Obama: I don’t think Abraham Lincoln was your brother. Abraham Lincoln stood for something. He stood for a marriage between a man and a woman. He stood for getting rid of slavery. Most of all, he stood for protecting the Union. Do you know what the Union is, Mr. President?

(You may have been absent from your eighth-grade civics class when the subject of treaties and how they are ratified came up. Under the United States Constitution, any treaty involving the U.S. must be approved by two-thirds of the U.S. Senate before it becomes binding.)

.

The Bulldog (WXKQ) has changed its format again. All you get now is this teenybop music that should be on Foxy 94.3. What happened to the classic rock and roll? Leave the country music to the country music stations. I want my rock and roll station back. I’m not a teeny-bopper. Long live rock and roll.

.

For your information, who wants to get in somebody’s face and take a picture of them on a cell phone if they have tattoos? Maybe they don’t want their picture taken and that might offend them. I wish other people could have seen what I did. It was something I’ll never forget. He must have spent a lot of money to have gotten all of that on his body. It was unreal.

.

I love my angel, five bushels, ten pecks and five hugs around the neck. I love you. You are my angel.

.

I watch this church on channel 24 every Wednesday night and I really love to hear that preacher preach. He really preaches holiness, but that old big guy that gets up there in shorts really turns my stomach. A man that doesn’t care anymore for himself than to get up in the pulpit and run around with a pair of shorts on really reflects on the church. Pastor, why don’t you talk to him and get him to put some clothes on and not run around in shorts for the whole nation to see?

.

I would like to wish a very special person an early happy birthday on August 25. I will always miss you and will always love you. I always think about you every day.

.

To the woman I met Saturday night at the Log Cabin in Norton, Va.: I would love to see you again. I think you are a beautiful woman and you have a nice personality.

.

This to a certain man in Jenkins: I know you tried to cheat on my friend and she found out. What about now? You keep telling her there is no one else, but I have seen the way you looked at your ex-girlfriend and your other so-called friend on July 4. She is a great girl and would do anything the world for you, but you had better watch what you do and not hurt her again the next time it will be to late she will be gone. I also know that you have been calling your ex-girlfriend. I ask you please not to hurt my friend. She has been through a lot. She doesn’t need to be hurt or have any more turmoil in her life. If you are cheating please let her know before it is to late. You know who you are. Thank you.

.

While the police have little or no evidence on the black man who is being charged with complicity to the murder of his friend, Letcher County will make him pay for being here.

.

I am calling about the condition of some of the streets in the City of Whitesburg, like the one going out to Dairy Queen where there are holes in the road. On Back Street behind Whitaker Bank, there are holes in the road too. Also, I noticed the other day I was visiting in the Upper Bottom and some of that road needs to be resurfaced. They need to take some of this money they are getting from all of these alcohol sales and fix these roads.

.

This goes out to Virginia Ann. Twenty-one years ago she gave me her heart and I threw it away, like a fool. But I want her to know, not a day goes by that I don’t regret it. I think of her often and I know the years haven’t been good to her. One misfortune after another has landed in her lap, and I hate seeing the current situation she is in. Virginia, if you are reading this, I want you to know that I didn’t walk away because you weren’t good enough or pretty enough or smart enough for me. The simple truth is, I wasn’t good enough for you. I had nothing to offer, no job or even a place to live. Now after all these years, I have done okay for myself. I have a job and my own place. And if you would let me have another chance, I would make the next 21 years the best years of your life. You know how to reach me if you want to talk.

.

This was my birthday. My mom left a long time ago. It started when she sent my dad a message that she still loved him. I was happy she had gotten away from the guy who hurt me and I heard her telling my dad how bad she hated his girls and how she never trusted him. I knew she was serious this time when she said she would never fully trust this man. She told my dad while crying that he was the only man she would ever trust. I listened to her from the other side of the door. We had fun being back together, then she changed and left again. One thing I learned is she hates his kid as bad as he hates me. Guess they belong with each other, but I have the best dad ever. He has always been there for me all 14 years. Thanks, Dad. I love you. My mom is not to be trusted anymore.

.

I’m responding to Debbie Reiber. Hopefully I can help you out. Old Indian Bottom Church has a service every first Tuesday of every month. It’s nice. Maybe you can come check it out sometime. Hope I helped. Thank you much. Goodbye.

.

To a certain someone: As men we do like to know who is creeping with whom, because we might want to get some if she looks good enough. SAS.

.

I know Bill Meade and I always thought he was smart until I heard he had taken his wife to the Hazard ARH emergency room. I was taken there twice, once with a broken metatarsal. Not only did they tell me it wasn’t broken, but the nurse pushed the wheelchair into the wall, injuring my foot further. They did give me two bottles of powerful painkillers though. However, I went to a real hospital in Virginia and had it treated. Next time I had chemical burns and inhalation. I sat in the ER for two hours with no treatment whatsoever. Another patient took me to the bathroom where I washed off my arms and hair. After coughing up blood in their floor for an hour, I gave up on any hope for help. They said they were going to admit me (probably because I have good insurance), but as usual, I was able to survive to go elsewhere. I’ve always hated that place since my daddy died. They told him he was cancer-free, but as he deteriorated, I took him to UK and the cancer had spread all over. If I’m ever in a car wreck near Hazard, please just leave me in the car and have it towed in. Maybe the mechanics will know first aid. Name withheld because of pending lawsuits.

.
