I don’t think Grandma will ever have a life until she moves away from here and changes her name so no one will know who she is and what she has done.

.

You see me as I wish I was. You hear what I really mean and not only what I say. You always know what I feel. You know me better. I love you and you are my angel.

.

I think it is a shame that when you need and seek medical attention you can’t even go to the emergency room because if you have a warrant on you they will call the police and you have to go to jail. That is sad.

.

Have any of you looked in the new telephone book? There isn’t a phone number for the Kentucky Power Company. And if you were to find one, please let me know. I have looked through the entire phone book and can’t find a phone number for the power company. I called the phone company and was told that the power company probably didn’t use them as a carrier. People from the power company say that the number is in the phone book. Somebody is wrong. I have been wrong before, but not this time. We finally found the phone number and it is in the yellow pages under electric company. Apparently, they don’t want you to know the phone number. It used to be located on the first or second page of the numbers, but now it is in the middle of the book. Good luck when you need them.

.

If you want to see a fool, boys, look in the mirror and you’ll see the biggest one you’ll ever see in your life.

.

Keep your friends close. Keep your enemies closer. Work with them, play with them, and then kill them.

.

A warning to the people who just moved to Pistol City: It’s a good place to live as long as you don’t talk to anybody. This is just a warning.

.

I’m going to whip that black-headed witch who is driving around in that white Cadillac. She better back off. That’s my child she is fooling with.

.

What will they do if everyone who does pay their garbage bill stops paying because of the ones who don’t pay? It isn’t fair. Where would we be without the garbage department? I want to thank all of the workers who pick up our garbage, but it is not fair that they pick up garbage for those who do not pay garbage bills.

.

It is so disheartening to go around and see all of the drugs that the young people are buying. People, help your children. Quit sitting there being scared. Call or write Frankfort.

.

Dear Speak Your Piece: I appreciate you more than you do me. This one fellow has called in for about two years about his angel, yet I have called in a comment about the presidential election for the past two weeks and you give him two or three spots and you haven’t put in what I had. Could it be that you are favoring one side or the other?

.

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

.

I want to challenge all of my alcoholic friends to let one case of beer go and take that money and donate it to the Red Cross to help those affected by Hurricane Sandy. I haven’t sent my donation yet, but I am going to. If I can do it, you can, too. There are people who are in worse need than our alcoholism.

.

I love my devil. In fact, I am in love with two devils. One is a sociopath. The other is a Luciferian. Seriously, I can’t choose between them. They certainly aren’t angels, maybe fallen angels. They make me happy and that is all that matters.

.

All drunkards, whoremongers, adulterers and liars shall have their part in the lake of fire. There is no sin worth dying and going to hell over.

.

This is to a man who lives on Linefork: If I catch you snooping around my stuff again, you are going to wish you had never snooped.

.

You weren’t out with my angel the other night because she was with me. She isn’t that kind of angel. She came from heaven.

.

He’s a coal miner and works six days a week. She works at a fast-food restaurant. He gets paid every Friday. She gets paid every two weeks. They live from payday to payday, homeless, living off other people who live on fixed incomes, taking advantage of poor people. You tell me what the situation is. Are they on drugs? What is the deal?

.

What are the doors doing standing wide open when you are gone? Don’t you know that is a good way to get robbed? Close your doors if you are going to leave home.

.

To a certain person: Even though I had to get someone else to call this in for me because I couldn’t, I just wanted to let you know I hope you had a happy birthday on November 6. I was thinking about you on lucky number 29. I will always love you no matter who you are with. That won’t stop me.

.

To the person who called in making the threat that if they lost their job I would go down too, and if I caused their son to hurt then I would hurt too because they aren’t afraid to talk: Well let me tell you something, that is the only way you could ever hurt me is by running your mouth and talking. Any time you want to try me, you come right on.

.

I think it is a shame that you can’t even drive in to get gas without druggies standing all around the parking lot making comments and doing their drug deals right near the door. It is a shame to take your kids to a place like that. I think police in Letcher County ought to do something about this. It makes me sick.

.

I have lived all over Letcher County and the most stuck-up place I have ever lived is in Little Cowan. They are the nosiest bunch of people I have ever met in my life. If they minded their own business, the world would be better off.

.

Birthdays for the upcoming month of November go as follows: Margie Callahan, Thursday, the first; Lisa Fields our baby-sitter, November 5; Tyler Webb, November 8; Sammy and Martha, November 12; moving right along, Rita Boggs is next, married name is Stapleton; Frank Fields, our youngest brother-in-law; one anniversary, November 27, Andy Wright and Wilma.

.

You need to get on with your life and stop worrying about mine. The tattoo on my neck isn’t going to be covered up and it never will. It’s there for life. That is the person that I have chosen to spend my life with. Don’t bother her or you bother me. Do the math. You were a teacher — right! — until your naughtiness caught up with you. Kentucky Ridgerunner. Case closed.

.

I saw my mom and wondered who she loves. I now know for sure it doesn’t matter how bad her boyfriend hurt me, it’s better to hurt me then to leave a liar. I thought she loved me but I see her boyfriend comes first. Sorry, Mom, for whatever I did to make you not love me more. It hurts, and you know he comes before me always.

.

Sounds like America. How blessed we would be if our politicians would turn from their evil ways and repent and humble themselves before God and ask God to have mercy on us and forgive out nation for rejecting Him. But if this nation does not repent and turn from all the abominations and from shedding innocent blood, then the judgment of God will come on this nation. Psalms 9:17, the wicked shall be turned into hell and all the nations that forget God.
