Spring is time of resurrection, new life

Now is my favorite time of year. I love to see new life coming forth with the encouragement from the rays of sun.

I like to look at spring as resurrection time as new life springs forth after seemingly being dead, but all of this cannot compare to the resurrection that is coming “when.” We know not and neither do we know when the wrath of God is coming. But it is coming, you can count on it. I have said this before but it bears repeating.

I know there are many, many non-believers who will read this and to you I will say again, I hope before you meet your untimely demise you will be at the bedside of someone, maybe even one of your loved ones, as they take their last breath and hear them screaming for someone to pull their feet out of the fire. You won’t see or feel any heat from the fires of hell, but I guarantee you’ll be sweating because the one doing the pleading and screaming will be looking at their final destination, having lost it all. You may call me a nut or something even worse but still I stand on my belief. After all this is a free country and you can believe whatever you like but be careful what you believe.

What God made this world He made it perfect and beautiful and mankind has defiled it to suit his own taste. There are still things of beauty to behold if people would just stand still long enough to behold what lies before them and take a little time to remember what the upcoming season represents and I’m not talking about Easter bunnies either.

To many it only represents another way to after the lust of the world, “money.” To me it represents the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior who bloomed on the third and appointed day. I am far from being perfect and I have my ailments. I have nothing to brag about but a lot to be thankful for.

IIf any of you readers feel down and out and have your ailments, whether real of imaginary, take a little time to go visit a rest home and spend a little of your busy schedule with the ones who live there not by choice but by necessity because they are unable to care for themselves. I am of the opinion that you will look at your situation with a different perspective and realize just how blessed you are compared to ones living there. I have been there and done that. It made me realize I don’t have a thing to complain about and an awful lot to be thankful for.

Well, it’s back to the funny farm till next time.
