My friends at the Little Shepherd Chapter of The National Wild Turkey Federation will be having a “fun day” for all the children in our area. It will be a day of fishing at the Four Star Village located off KY 15, just across the Knott County line on the right. There will be many prizes, and the children can keep the fish they catch. This event will be held August 28, starting at about 7 a.m. Children are to bring their own fishing poles and tackle, and no license is required. For more information, call Raymond Brown at 606-633-9548 or Will Connelly.
