FRANKFORT
House Speaker Greg Stumbo says he’s “totally happy” in his current position and has no plans to run for governor in 2011.
Stumbo told reporters Tuesday that he thinks Democratic Gov. Steve Beshear is doing “a pretty good job” leading the state through the economic recession.
