Sunset Breeding dies at 70




Sunset Breeding, 70, of Whitesburg, died April 4 at Whitesburg Appalachian Regional Hospital.

Born in Whitesburg to the late Frank Breeding and Magdline Kiser Joseph, he was also preceded in death by three brothers, Johnny, James and William.

He enjoyed landscaping, collecting coins, antiquing and eating fried chicken.

Surviving are his wife, Brenda Perry Breeding; two sons, Hargis Dwayne Breeding and wife Deanna of McRoberts, and Brian Mitchell Breeding and wife Sonya of Whitesburg; two brothers, Terry Breeding of Campbranch and Derick Joseph of Whitesburg; three sisters, Mary Ann Morton of Campbranch, and Cookie Joseph and Wanda Sexton, both of Whitesburg; three grandchildren, Nick Breeding, Cayden Fugate and Katanna Fugate; and nephew, Frank Collins of Whitesburg.

Funeral services for Mr. Breeding were held April 7 in Whitesburg. Burial was in the Green Aces Cemetery at Ermine.
