Teaching Halloween Safety




TEACHING HALLOWEEN SAFETY -  Kentucky State Police Trooper Jackie Pickrell recently spoke about being safe while out on Halloween to the Letcher Elementary School Girl Scout Troop 365 and Girl Scout Junior Troop 366. Pickrell also spoke to the girls about the importance of dialing 911 for emergencies only and explained the role of the Kentucky State Police. This was the third time Trooper Pickrell has been invited to address the Girl Scouts at Letcher. She concluded her program by giving all of the Girl Scouts a tour of her state police cruiser.
