To be auctioned

Mitchum Whitaker, custodian at the Letcher County Extension Office, held a male ringed-neck pheasant on April 1. Whitaker said the female pheasant may soon lay some eggs which will be placed in an incubator to hatch. The pheasant chicks will be sold at the Letcher County 4-H Poultry Club swap and auction at 4 p.m. on May 4 at the extension office.
