— Rebecca E. Allen of Hemphill, Robert Bates of Kingsport, Tenn., and Danny and Kim Allen of McRoberts, announce the coming nuptials of their daughter, Kayla M. Bates, to Jesse A. Osborne, both of Kingsport, Tenn. He is a son of Harold and Theresa Wexler, Mountain City, Tenn. and the late Rodney Osborne. Both are both employed as respiratory therapists at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport, Tenn. The wedding will be held at The Millstone in Limestone, Tenn., August 5. The couple will honeymoon in St. Lucia.
