Two women held after being found in Isom car

Two Whitesburg women were arrested Monday afternoon after being found passed out in a car near the Isom Double Kwik.

Conda Mullins, 28, and Stephanie M. Sills, 35, both of 331 Highway 931 South, were each charged with public intoxication (controlled substance) and second-degree disorderly conduct.
