Upset with post office

I am a 78- year- old woman who is disabled and in a wheelchair. Recently, the postmaster at the Jenkins Post Office put a stop to carriers bringing my mail to my house, which they have been doing for 26 years. All of a sudden they won’t deliver my mail to me at my door. It has now been four weeks since they have delivered my mail. My doctor wrote them a letter and the postmaster still won’t allow my mail to be delivered to me. When I called the post office I was told that a caregiver could come to the post office and get my mail for me, but I do not have a caregiver. I think this is very uncaring of the postmaster, and I wonder how many other disabled and handicapped people she is treating this way. If there are any other people having this issue, they should speak out and let other people know.
