“It is free to set up but you must confirm with me and no early set-ups and no saving spots,” said Adams. “There are no electrical outlets. We will go from the Harry M. Caudill Library on down to include the demonstrators’ tent in the Festival Village. Please do not sit In front of the old Daniel Boone Hotel. Bring your own displays, tables, and chairs
“All proceeds from sales will go directly to the individual vendors. Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying all sales tax where applicable. Vendors are responsible for their merchandise in case of loss or damage,” Adams said. “All merchandise and personal property must be removed from the premises immediately after closing. All trash must be picked up and put in the designated trashcans.
“This is not a garage sale, so please keep this in mind. We welcome baked items, fresh foods, arts and crafts, books, etc.
“No early set ups and you must get permission from business owners if you set up in front of their property,” said Adams. “Whitesburg Day activities usually start at 8 a.m. and are over by 3 p.m. Rain or shine.”
