Tony, Susie, Curtis and Jamie Ware of Lexington, had a Christmas get- together at their home on Saturday, Dec. 13. John and Faye Campbell of Cowan Creek attended, joining his children Michael and Janis and families.
Mike and Marty Wenning of Dayton, Ohio, were there, along with their children.
Brad and Becky Wenning didn’t get to attend due to Becky being under the weather a bit. Praying for a speedy recovery.
Collin Eversole, my grandson, went back to the doctor in Lexington last week and everything was great. His little voice is coming back. Grammy loves him and Connor and the Carolina to the moon and back.
Prayers for Shirley Page Blair as she is still battling cancer. We all love her so. She is a Christian and I know God will prevail.
Michael Watts is home for the holidays. I reckon law school is very stressful and hard. I believe he will be the best lawyer ever. Thankful he made it through his finals and is home now with his wife, Victoria.
Fredrick Eversole gets a big two weeks off beginning Friday. That will be vacation. Tiffany teaches at Mullins Elementary in Pikeville so she and the boys will be home too. Yay.
I attended the First Baptist cantata Sunday night, and it was amazing. The cast and crew were the best. The choir was so professional. They put a lot of work into this and by the grace of God my sissy Donna was an angel and she just had her gallbladder taken out. You can’t keep a good angel down.
Merry Christmas to all. “Go tell it on the mountain, that Jesus Christ was born.”
