Taylyn Geneil Combs of Isom was crowned Miss Southeast for 2012 at a pageant held Feb. 4 on the Cumberland campus of Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College. Miss Combs is the daughter of Gene and Debbie Combs. She also won the Best Talent Award and will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
