A 36-year-old Whitesburg woman accused of breaking into a parked car in October has been indicted for taking property that same day from two additional vehicles.
The Letcher County Grand Jury has charged Aggie Michelle Sexton, of 42 Jenkins Road, with theft by unlawful taking ($500 or more). She is also charged with being a persistent felony offender.
The grand jury says that Sexton stole more than $500 worth of property from Daniel Russell and Larry Parke after breaking into their vehicles.
Sexton was also indicted in December for stealing from a vehicle belonging to Paula E. Jenkins.
Vehicles belonging to Jenkins, Russell and Parke were parked in a parking lot near Pine Mountain Grill on October 24, 2014 when they were broken into.
The grand jury returned the latest indictments against Sexton after hearing testimony from Whitesburg Police Chief Tyrone Fields.
