After a three-mile pursuit, Stallard was arrested at 1:27 p.m. on Feb. 27 and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs, first-degree fleeing or evading police in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and improper turning.

She was also charged with no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce an insurance card and failure to wear a seat belt.
