A Neon woman pleaded guilty on Feb. 10 to bail jumping last spring.
Nellie Mullins, 21, of 1707 Hwy. 317, Neon, pleaded guilty to failing to appear at a pretrial conference in connection with felony charges on May 12, 2010.
Letcher Circuit Judge Sam Wright ordered Mullins to be placed on probation under supervision of the Department of Corrections for five years.
As part of the plea agreement, Mullins must refrain from violating the law. She must pay a supervision fee of $15 per month, a drug testing fee of $10 and court costs of $130.
