Confluence yoga classes will be held from 6-7 p.m. on Wednesdays at the Letcher County Recreation Center in Whitesburg. A combination of Kunalini/Flow yoga will be taught.
The classes will cost $10, or $35 for a four-class card. No equipment will be necessary. For more information email eastkentuckygal@gmail.com.
