ROC The Block 3, a youth crusade presented by Reaching Out Crusade Ministry, will be held from 6 to 9 p.m., August 30, at Mountain Heritage Village in Whitesburg. The event will feature speaker Steven Bell and contemporary Christian music. There is no admission fee and free face painting and balloon art will begin at 4:30 p.m.
