Nine local businesses awarded ‘mini-grants’

Nine businesses in Letcher County have received mini-grants through a program administered by Appalshop. Each grant is $2,000 and comes from a larger grant to Appalshop from the Community Economic Development Initiative of Kentucky and Journey Charitable Foundation.
