Veterans aren’t soliciting money here

Letcher County Sheriff Danny Webb said he has received several complaints about a young man going door to door in McRoberts saying he was collecting money for veterans. “No one was authorized to do so,” said Webb. Webb said anyone who recently gave money to the unidentified man is asked to call the sheriff’s department at 633-2293.
