HCTC to host reception for new president

The public is invited to a reception with Hazard Community and Technical College’s new president, Dr. Steve Greiner, on Friday, Jan. 28, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Stephens Library located in the Jolly Classroom Center. Greiner began work Jan. 3.
