Student enrollment in Letcher County Public Schools is leveling off, according to Terry Sturgill, director of special projects. Charlie Logan Friendship Church, located at Hwy. 1410 on Burgeys Creek in Knott County, holds services at 2 p.m. every other Sunday. On Sept. 9 and Nov. 4, there will be memorial services.
