The speedway at Sparta, Kentucky State Police and the Transportation Cabinet will update motorists on traffic and parking conditions. Man accused of stealing calves among 5 named in indictments



The Letcher County Grand Jury has named five Letcher County residents in six indictments. They are: • Johnny D. Coomer — receiving stolen property.
