– James Norris (left) and Seth Whitaker (right) just completed training at the Kentucky Department Of Criminal Justice Training Academy at Richmond last week and returned home to Letcher County, where they served as deputy sheriffs. Their return after five months brings the sheriff ’s department up to full strength, with three road deputies and Sheriff Mickey Stines.
