Sonny and Pam Halcomb of Red Star celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on December 18, “and people said it wouldn’t last.” The couple have one daughter, Tracy Halcomb, at home, and three grandchildren, Peyton Dixon, 16; Levi Hensley, 11; and Emma Hensley, 10.
